Rainbo Sports is hiring to fill a full time position for “Rainbo Mobile”, our exciting new initiative that takes Rainbo Sports great expertise, service, selection and value directly to where the skaters are! We will train you to be a Rainbo Sports Professional and a boot/blade technician.

Part Time Customer Service Positions
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys the warmth of a specialty niche business and who craves helping our customers get exactly what they need to succeed in their sport, the sport of Figure Skating.
Our customers run the gamut from beginner to professional, and they all need your expertise. If you have experience in the figure skating industry, we would love to hear from you! But even if you do not have expertise in this sport, we stand ready to thoroughly train you.
You will have responsibility for processing customer requests via our inbound call center, expediting orders, becoming familiar with our broad product line and learning our MAS 90 enterprise software. We prefer candidates who have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in a customer service environment, but this is not required. You will need to have excellent communication skills. We need positive influences in our growing business; people who can be energetic advocates for our customers as well as a great additions to our team. We are growing and we are actively looking for talent to grow with us. The location for our customer service function is in Glenview, Illinois.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, people person who enjoys the warmth of a specialty niche retail business and who craves helping our customers get exactly what they need to succeed in their sport, the sport of Figure Skating.
Our customers run the gamut from beginner to professional, and they all need your expertise. If you have experience in the figure skating industry, we would love to hear from you. But even if you do not have expertise in this sport, we stand ready to thoroughly train you on the unique characteristics of selling and fitting boots and blades, as well as the blade sharpening skills that our customers have grown to expect from us. We are growing and we are actively looking for talent to grow with us. The store location for our retail candidates will be in Glenview, Illinois.
