Shipping Information
Rainbo Sports ships our packages by UPS or US Postal Service. The table below outlines charges for UPS Ground Shipping. Additional surcharges for extra-heavy or oversize packages may apply. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box so all P.O. Box shipments will be sent via the US Postal Service. These packages cannot be tracked. If you prefer your package mailed via the US Post Office, please contact us directly. The following rates apply to packages mailed the US Post Office as well.Updated November 2007.

Second Day Air
UPS Second Day Air is estimated to cost an additional $15.00 for the Continental US. Shipping will be calculated after Checkout and will not appear in the Order total. Shipping charges are added to the credit card provided for payment. UPS does not consider Saturdays or Sundays transit days so if you place an order on a Friday via 2nd Day Air, you will receive it on Tuesday.

Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air costs between $15 to $40 in addition to the above rates depending on weight, dimensions and destination. We cannot calculate shipping and handling costs until the order is packed and will not appear in the Order total. Shipping charges are added to the credit card provided for payment. UPS does not consider Saturdays or Sundays transit days so if you place an order on a Friday via Next Day Air, you will receive it on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
International Orders:
Shipping and handling costs are calculated after the order is packed and will not appear in the Order total. Shipping charges vary with the weight, dimensions and destination and are added to the credit card provided for payment. International orders are sent via the US Post Office and take between 10 to 20 business days for delivery depending on the destination. If you prefer UPS, please contact us or use the Comments section of your order to request UPS. Please be aware that overseas UPS shipping charges are almost double the normal US Post Office rates. Rainbo Sports regrets that we cannot ship packages to Mexico.

Shipping Times
Rainbo Sports makes every effort to ship your order the within three business days of receipt of the order if not sooner. UPS Ground Shipping can take between five to ten business days for an item to be delivered. If you need an item shipped today, please contact us via phone or let us know in the Comments section of your order.
If received before 2pm CST and all items are in stock, we ship UPS Second Day and Next Day packages the same day the order is received.
If any items are on back order from our manufacturer, it will be noted on your invoice and the balance of your order will ship as soon as we receive it at no additional shipping cost to you.
